Sir Aron ap Rhys ap Bledri Latimer ap Cydsifor Fawr was born say 1130. ^[1]

Knight of the Sepulchre

He was a Knight of the Sepulchre ^[1] indicating that he went to Jerusalem on the crusade with Richard I).

Marriage to Gwenllian

He married Gwenllian, daughter of Ednyfed Vachan. ^[2]

Sir Aron was the son of Rhys ap Bledri and Angharad ferch Llywelyn Ddiriaid.^[3][4]

Lewys Dwnn's heraldic visitations of Wales, made between 1586 and 1613, records that he was a Knight of the Sepulchre ("Marchog Bedd Krist"). He is said to have gone to Jerusalem in the crusade with Richard I of England (which occurred in 1189 to 1192).^[4]

His wife was Gwenllian ferch Ednyfed Fychan of Anglesey.^[3][4]

Philip Gwys of Wiston had a daughter, Gwenllian, she married Gwgan ap Bleddynn. Their children were:
